Welcome to ITJobz Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your enrollment, access, and participation in our training programs, courses, learning materials, and placement-assistance services (“Services”).

By registering for any course or training program, attending classes, accessing study materials, or using our job-assistance services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ITJobz Technologies.

2. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. When major changes are made, we will update the “Effective Date.” Continued participation in the course indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Use of Course Materials & Platform

You agree to use our training content and learning portal responsibly. You must not:

• Share, copy, sell, or distribute course materials without permission
• Record live classes or share session links
• Engage in malpractice, spamming, or misuse of the platform
• Disrupt classes or create a negative learning environment
• Use the Services for unlawful purposes

Any misuse may result in suspension from the course without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials including videos, PPTs, notes, assignments, mock tests, and recorded sessions are the intellectual property of ITJobz Technologies. You may use them only for your personal learning and may not reproduce or distribute them.

5. Student Submissions

Assignments, assessments, reviews, or project work submitted by you may be used (without personal identifiers) for training, evaluation, or promotional purposes. By submitting them, you grant us rights to use, display, modify, or publish them in connection with our training services.

6. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Some courses may use external tools, software, or platforms (e.g., GitHub, AWS, Postman, Zoom). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for:

• Accessibility or availability
• Content or privacy practices
• Changes in their features or pricing

Your use of such tools is governed by their respective terms.

7. Disclaimer – Training & Placement

Our training programs are provided “as is” and "as available." While we offer placement assistance, interview support, and job-readiness training, we do not guarantee job placement, as hiring depends on candidate skills, performance, and employer requirements.

We do not warrant that:

• The course will meet all expectations
• You will secure a job within a specific timeline
• The learning platform will always be error-free

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ITJobz Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data
• Delay in placement or job search
• Inaccurate expectations of salary or role
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the course fee paid by you in the past 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ITJobz Technologies harmless from any claims or damages arising due to:

• Misuse of content
• Violations of these Terms
• Misrepresentation in resumes or interviews
• Unlawful or inappropriate conduct during classes or placements

10. Course Access, Attendance & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you:

• Violate the Terms
• Are abusive to trainers or staff
• Share course content illegally
• Misuse placement services

Certain rights (such as intellectual property and disclaimers) survive termination.

11. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds (if applicable) are governed by our Refund Policy. Once course access is provided, refunds may not be permitted except under the policy guidelines.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.

13. International Students

If you access the course from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws. We make no claims that our Services are available or suitable in all regions.

14. Privacy & Data

Your information is processed according to our Privacy Policy, covering data collection, usage, and protection.

15. Student Conduct

We maintain a professional learning environment. You must:

• Attend classes regularly
• Complete assignments and assessments honestly
• Behave respectfully toward trainers and peers
• Avoid plagiarism, cheating, or misuse of assessments
